Summer Dance Camps

Ashland Arts Center is excited to present our 2025 Summer Dance Camps! If you have a child ages 3 to 10 who loves to move, color, craft, and perform, this camp is the perfect way to spark or nurture their passion for dance. Each day, dancers will enjoy a mix of class time, creative coloring and craft sessions, and fun choreography. On the final day, families and friends are invited to a showcase where the children will perform what they've learned, all dressed up in costumes. Join us for a fun and energetic way to keep kids active and creative this summer!

The Little Mermaid June 16th-19th

The Wizard of Oz June 23rd-27th

The Princess and the Frog July 7th-10th

Swan Lake July 14th-17th

Class times run from 10am-11am (1 Hour Camp)

  • 3 of the camps, $225

Summer Intensives

Students will participate in full ballet classes each day designed to reinforce the technique they have developed throughout the year while introducing new stretches and strengthening exercises. Our focus will be refininf classical technique and building strength for pointe work. Additionally, intensives will include learning a variation from a fomous ballet, which students will have the opportunity to share with parents at the end of the intensive.

Intensive #1: Monday-Thursday (no classes on Fridays), June 16th-26th

Intensive #2: Monday-Thursday (no classes on Friday), July 7th-17th

Class Times Run 11am-12pm (1 hour class)

Open to levels Ballet 2 and Intermediate Ballet at Ashland Arts Center

Open to surrounding studios as well, must have a good knowledge of classical ballet technique.

Each intensive is $110, or you can sign up for both for $200

Adult Ballet

(Ages 16 and Up) Did you grow up taking ballet class and want to point those toes again? Or have you always dreamed of taking ballet, but didn’t want to start out with little kids? This is the perfect class for you. Join us for our Adult Ballet class where we will learn and revisit the building blocks of Ballet and get you moving in ways your body has always wanted!
